In certain circumstances, we may use our website, newspapers, or other public means to post a notice.
Children under the age of 13
ForceField is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database, or in the alternative, that verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use and storage of such information. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.
Delete Account or Unsubscribe
All users may have the option to discontinue the use of the ForceField app. To discontinue our mobile app service please delete the app in the "Delete Account" tab under Settings and payment if you are an individual or please contact your organization to discuss discontinuing access to the ForceField app. ForceField will continue to adhere to this Policy with respect to any personal information previously collected.
Links to Other Webservices
ForceField mobile app does use 3rd party web services such as google maps and SMS messaging. ForceField does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other web services. We also do not accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of your affiliated organization. This Privacy Policy Agreement applies only and solely to the information collected by Forcefield through our mobile app.
Notice to European Union Users
ForceField operations are located primarily in the United States. If you provide information to us, the information will be transferred out of the European Union (EU) and sent to the United States. (The adequacy decision on the EU-US Privacy became operational on August 1, 2016. This framework protects the fundamental rights of anyone in the EU whose personal data is transferred to the United States for commercial purposes. It allows the free transfer of data to companies that are certified in the US under the Privacy Shield.) By using this mobile app service, you ae hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within the Privacy Policy Agreement. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the App shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Tennessee, in each case located in the City of Nashville and County of Davidson, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Arbitration:
At Company’s sole discretion, it may require You to submit any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or use of the App, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Tennessee law.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE APP MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement:
The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and ForceField Protection Inc. with respect to the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the App.
